M22520/2-01 Crimping Tool Crimper for 0.032mm²-0.52mm²(AWG 32-20) Termianls with SK2/2 Locator
Features:
This Crimp Tool Kit includes M22520/1-01 (Four-indent Hand Crimp Tool) and SK2/2 (Positioner); The M22520/2-01 gives an 8 impression crimp, which assures maximum tensile strength;
Suitable for the positioning and crimping of some of contacts in MIL-PRF-38999 SERIES 1 & SERIES 2 & SERIES 3 & SERIES 4 , MIL-DTL-24308, MIL-DTL-81659 SERIES2, MIL-DTL-83527 series electronic connectors;
Meets the need for a miniature tool accommodating wire sizes 20-32 AWG (0.52mm²-0.032mm²). Widely used for the crimping of wires and contacts in electronic connectors;
Designed for most of the miniature and sub-miniature connector types used in electronic system.
How the M22520/2-01 works:
The crimping tool adopts curve propulsion mechanism, its applied force transfers through four curves in the head cavity of the right plier handle to the four indenters.
The four intenders do the centripetal linear motion, which makes its front-end teeth crimp the contact to complete the crimping process.
The cycle controlled precision ratchet assures the consistency of impression and the crimping quality of wires and contacts.
