A loose note paper was hand-signed at the time by hockey star Ken Morrow
The program measures 8 3/8" x 11".  20 Pages.
The signed note paper measures 4" x 6".
Please note that the program itself has some discoloration, marks, creasing, and other wear from handling and storage.
