Description
I am selling my 1977 Alfa Romeo Spider-Veloce project car. Unfortunately, the body work (see photos) is too intensive for me to continue/finish the project myself. The car is all original with the original block and matching numbers body. I paid to have the car authenticated from Italy indicating all original with what it came with off the showroom (low production number of color combination) and will include all paperwork, including appraisal from certified company valuing the vehicle currently at 00 BEFORE I had the engine cleaned and bore'd at the machine shop. I have a lot of new parts that will go with the vehicle including the following:New engine mounts, new brakes (pads, rotors, calipers) installed on the car, new suspension factor kit (springs and struts), new engine parts (rings for cylinders, gaskets, new rod installed for head, new hoses, drain hoses, wipers, some parts I have already repainted/restored and several other random parts), new visor, new belt, set of multiple keys, the list goes on. I have all the receipts that will go with the vehicle with whatever I purchased and can go over in detail what else I have purchased if you'd like. I also paid the DMV for a past history of documentation as far as it could go back with previous ownership and information they had on file. The majority of the parts were purchased from https://www.centerlinealfa.com and a few smaller items but not many from eBay.
The engine was running prior to me purchasing the vehicle per the previous owner but was taken apart when I bought it. I brought it to the machine shop to have the head bolt removed and replaced as it snapped with the previous owner, as well as I had every part cleaned and inside the pistons bore'd ready to be reassembled. If you want the engine put back together before the sale or any other parts, please let me know. The photos at the end is how the car is sitting currently in the garage, ready for the body shop should you decide to continue with the restoration. Car is worth in the low 20's per the appraiser's valuing (on document you'll receive) fully restored should you continue and you have the majority of the items already I purchased. The only items you would need would be a new transmission mount before putting it back in, the electronic cord that connects to the transmission, new rubber around trim, new tires, and new interior items (i.e., door panels, carpeting, a button or two is missing and replacing the dash should you desire). The rims are rare and original to the vehicle as well.
I have a plethora of other pictures should you request some more or need more information about other parts that come with the car let me know. Thank you for your interest!
