    Description

    Vehicle Details
This is a 1964 Jaguar E-Type 4.2L Series 1 Open Two Seater. It has been restored from the ground up with many upgrades. The body is virtually all new and almost every component has been replaced or restored to better than new condition. In addition, there are the following performance upgrades: *5-Speed Transmission, * Wilwood Vented Front Brakes, *Stainless Steel Brake Flex Lines,* Alloy Radiator and Fan with Adjustable Controller. * Alloy Radiator Overflow Tank, * Pertronix High Performance Distributor and Coil, * Tappet Guide Hold Down Set, *Light Weight Fly Wheel, * High Torque Starter Motor, * Performance Damper, * Alloy Water Pump, * Stainless Steel Oil Supply Line for Cams, * Large Bore Exhaust System, * Adjustable Shocks and Heavy Duty Sway Bars, * Adjustable Reaction Plate, * Poly Bushings, * Behind Bulkhead Stainless Heater Pipes, * High Tech Radio, * 6 Inch Wire Wheels and Tires, * Etc, Etc, Etc. This car started its life as a 3.8 liter model and through the restoration process has now been converted to a 4.2 liter version in virtually every respect. Although it is technically used, this car is essentially new, better than the ones coming off the production line in 1963/64. It has travelled less than 500 miles since the restoration, so the engine is still in the breaking in phase. I have clear title and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. The vehicle is garaged in Los Altos, California.
